Week Two 7/20 -7/26

Week 2: Building the Framework: Defining Your Workshop and Your Role

With your foundation set, this week is about creating the blueprint for your workshop. You will move from introspection to strategic planning, making key decisions about what your workshop will cover, who it will serve, and how you will present yourself.

  • Your Tasks:

    • Create a detailed outline for your workshop lesson plan.

    • Identify and define your target market (e.g., high school students, youth group leaders, parents).

    • Decide how you want to show up as a facilitator (e.g., warm and nurturing, energetic and engaging).

    • Set clear and achievable goals for your first few workshops.

  • The Purpose: To construct the essential skeleton of your program. By defining your content, audience, and unique facilitator style, you transform a general idea into a structured, focused, and purposeful workshop plan.
