Week 1: Laying the Foundation: Commitment to Self and the Journey
The first week is dedicated to building the essential foundation for this entire journey. Before you can effectively support others, you must understand your own story, commit to the process, and establish practices for your own well-being.
Your Tasks:
Write a concise biography.
Complete the introductory questionnaire.
Make a formal commitment to complete all weekly tasks for the full six weeks.
Begin your 7-day self-care challenge.
The Purpose: To establish a baseline of self-awareness and personal accountability. By reflecting on your own journey and prioritizing self-care, you are modeling the very principles of mental wellness that you will soon be teaching, ensuring you are facilitating from a place of authenticity and strength.
